As the Program Coordinator – Job Search Services, you’ll have the opportunity to:
* Work with Staffing Specialists and Employer Partners to assign Opportunities Knock clients to customer orders based on their skills assessments, interests and experiences and agreed employment objectives
* Coaching and Mentoring – Provide feedback to Opportunities Knock participants and graduates, both positive and negative
* Conduct interviews and call reports and file into client file
* Stay informed and connected with the staffing team to consider potential sustainable placement opportunities for the graduates
* Coordinate training supplies and assist the Opportunities Knock Facilitator with training facilitation
* Coordinate graduation materials for the clients and in a friendly way assist and mentor them in finding their new employment opportunities
* Assign employees to customers and Employer Partners based on their skills assessments, interests and experiences
* Assist with marketing activities for the Opportunities Knock program and for Manpower
* Coordinate all instruction material with Program Manager and Facilitator, such as client binders, a comprehensive resource station, etc.

* Identifies, interviews and builds relationships with engineers, field personnel, subject matter experts, technical staff and management to research, gather and develop documentation
* Coordinates production of print documentation and delivery of online documentation
* Conducts audits of team sites to ensure conformance to prescribed procedures
* Works collaboratively with a wide range of internal stakeholders
* Primarily office environment with occasional travel to Calgary and remote job sites

Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of related experience
* Experience with EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management)
* Must have excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with personal at all levels of the organization
* Working knowledge of MS SharePoint is an asset
* Good knowledge of Word and Excel required
* Ability to manage diverse projects and processes with conflicting deadlines
