As a Driller, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient and reliable operation of the main drilling rig controls. In addition, you will also be required to manage the crew on shift.

Your key job responsibilities will include: Operating rig floor controls; Documenting all daily activities; Running or assisting in running special tools into the hole; Operating the draw-works, rotary equipment and pumps; Reporting/investigating with the Rig Manager all accidents; Lead crew meetings on Safe Work Procedures; Provide on the job training to all crew personnel in all aspects of operations; and Supervise crew on shift during various activities through progressing of well.

Are you interested? The ideal candidate will possess:
* High School Diploma
* Previous experience with Drilling
* Exceptional communication skills (both written & verbal)
* Ability to frequently push/pull up to 50lbs
* Mechanical aptitude
* Good analytical/decision-making skills
* The ability to work efficiently/effectively under pressure
* Motivation and ability to positively contribute as part of a team
