Job Description

The position of document management analyst requires you to develop and manage both print and online documentation to ensure operational consistency across various projects.
You are actively participating in ensuring that our client successfully achieves its long-term business strategies and objectives in accordance with the various jurisdictional regulator-mandated activities while mitigating regulatory risk.
Accountabilities
* Coordinate, establish and maintain records management processes
* Manage relationships with technical staff and management to ensure organized flow of documents between suppliers and project staff
* Manage document logs using MS SharePoint site to centralize project documentation and improve project information flow
* Establishes, implements and maintains records and documentation standards
* Identifies, interviews and builds relationships with engineers, field personnel, subject matter experts, technical staff and management to research, gather and develop documentation
* Coordinates production of print documentation and delivery of online documentation
* Conducts audits of team sites to ensure conformance to prescribed procedures
* Works collaboratively with a wide range of internal stakeholders
* Primarily office environment with occasional travel to Calgary and remote job sites
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of related experience
* Experience with EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management)
* Must have excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with personal at all levels of the organization
* Working knowledge of MS SharePoint is an asset
* Good knowledge of Word and Excel required
* Ability to manage diverse projects and processes with conflicting deadlines
* Proven ability to be innovative, initiate and manage change, within a project team environment
* Must have high attention to detail and be a proactive self starter
